This charity promotion runs from 1st December to 31st December 2025. Only vehicle hires that begin within the period qualify.

For every vehicle hired from B&T Vehicle Hire during the campaign period, B&T Vehicle Hire will donate £5 to its chosen partner charities.

This donation is made by B&T Vehicle Hire and does not increase the hire cost to customers.

B&T Vehicle Hire will match any customer donations made directly to:

hyh (Herts Young Homeless) via the official B&T donation link.

Each matched donation is capped at £50 per customer donation. Only donations made on the link will be matched.

Total donations made by B&T Vehicle Hire at the end of the campaign period are capped as follows:

hyh (Herts Young Homeless): £1,500 maximum

Crisis: £1,500 maximum

Once a cap is reached for a charity, no further donations or matched donations will be made for that charity.

Only vehicle hires that are fully completed (not cancelled or refunded) qualify for the £5 donation.

Only donations made via the specific B&T Vehicle Hire donation pages are eligible for matching.

Each customer may submit a maximum of one matched-donation claim per charity unless otherwise approved by B&T Vehicle Hire.

Donation totals will be calculated after the campaign period. All donations will be paid directly to the charities within 14 days following the end of the campaign period.

B&T Vehicle Hire reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the promotion at any time if necessary. Any changes will be updated on the B&T Vehicle Hire website.

Final donation totals will be published on the B&T Vehicle Hire website or social media channels after the end of the Campaign Period.
